are these safe?
    #22440370 - 10/27/15 01:51 PM (8 years, 3 months ago)

i grew purple majestics in a monotub. i believe i messed up in the prep process and it got a bit fuzzy, a one inch patch turned greenish and a 6 inch patch grew a ash colored tint. the rest looked fine. i left it sitting just to see what happened and some mushrooms grew out. they are not discolored exept when i cut the bottoms off there was a aqua color in the inside of the stalk that developed after cutting. can someone plz tell me if these are safe to eat

yea as long as they werent growing directly in the mold i would say eat them though the blue bruising your talking about happens naturally with cubensis

Mould sickness (i.e. from Aspergillus, etc.) only affects people who are immunocompromised.

Otherwise, worst case, you might get some allergies or something
