So Sorry for not writing crazy amounts of details here but I found these guys just growing outback and I've never seen them before in all the years Ive been here. They are really cool looking and I just wanted to know if anyone could tell me what strain they were. They are from Southeastern PA and its late Oct. I tried taking a spore print but I already picked them and they are almost dried out now. They are beautiful little fellows but for all I know they are some extremely toxic mushrooms. If anyone could give me a little more info to what they are Id greatly appreciate it. Thanks!

Habitat:
growing on moss and decaying wood
Gills:
white

Stem:
brown and white

Cap:
dark ring around, flaked appearance, little wavy

Spore print color:
Tried to take but unsuccessful....Im new to this

Bruising:
None

Armillaria ("Honey mushroom"). Compare to A. gallica. The spore print will be white: take the cap of a healthy specimen and place it over neutral colored paper in a warm place protected from drafts (put a cardboard box over them or something) for 12 hours or so. In your case observe the white spore deposit visible in the first photo.
