the cheap manure from the store will do fine for an outdoor grow but youll have to mix it with something like straw to lighten it up a bit cause it turns to mud when wet. I did great this year outdoors and I made my beds outta straight un pasteurized year old straw with a bit of topsoil to cover it if your interested take a look at my pics theres tons of outdoor ones also watch for slugs they will destroy your crop overnight like in my sig

If you buy manure do you have to age it or dry it or anything before using it? Or is it good to go?

Good to go. For outdoors you don't need it to be dried out. Hell don't even have to pasteurize it. Even in the rain you can tell the difference between field aged and fresh poo. Outdoor grows are balls easy lol
I bet you can find tons of hpoo if you're in a field. Sounds cheaper than store bought
