Bacteria? Or stalled jar? Need experienced opinions...

This first jar was shaken 3 days ago at 95% colonized, but the myc hasn't become flush yet... I'm not sure if it will. Also, is it a terrible idea to spawn a jar that hasn't COMPLETELY colonized? As in there are 4-5 little grains that haven't just yet colonized? If so, is it only because those little grains COULD potentially be contaminants? If they weren't contaminated and just not yet 100% colonized, would they still be ok to spawn to bulk?

Here's the other jar that I'm pretty sure is ok...

No it would not be, and I think you know that.
Fastest way to get something out of that would probably be to wait for it to colonize as much as it's going to, case it, and fruit it invitro, then completely remove the lid when the mushies are getting tall.
A lot of what's uncolonized is sunflour seeds. Still, they should be colonized, my sunflour seeds always have.
--------------------
I spawned some popcorn casings and had double-overlay cause I didn't put enough hydrogen peroxide in my automated aquarium mister. I only got one mushroom so I cut off the head part where the seeds fall from and put it in a jar of LC and sprayed it all over a tin of PF cakes I made with gravel, cardboard, and bisquick in my microwave. I think it will be good cause B+ is so potent. Triggered yet? Only a square would say "a cube is a cube."
No, this does not look right...

I see significantly more than 4-5 uncolonized grains in every picture. Wouldn't spawn any of them.

This too.
Should've said, wouldn't spawn any of them yet.

Sorry, I should've noted that I wasn't going to spawn these 2 specific jars, but I have a lot of jars that are on the cusp and only have 3-4 little grains uncolonized. With them, would that be ok to go ahead and spawn to bulk?
I only ask because I was reading a post and there were 2 trusted cultivators stating that they do it without incident.

i do it sometimes, because my lids tend to dry grains out on top, but i would not recommend it unless ur 100% confident in everything else.
usually, around 75% or so, i might see that the top grains are drying. i shake the jar at that point, and in 2-3 days, it will be totally colonized, with minimal dried grains, if any at all.
its not a good habit to spawn uncolonized grains though, especially if ur having trouble already with mold.
if its a recurring problem, double check ur grain prep, try and get them more hydrated, or double check ur GE hole size and filter…maybe its too big, or filter is not ideal.

My GE holes are about 1/4 - 1/2" wide. Too big? I don't mind the top grains getting dry and not colonizing, as I haven't had issues with them being spawned. I am concerned about these jars that seemed to have either stalled completely, or are completing the colonization process extremely slowly.
It's been 3 days and a lot of my jars look like the 2nd jar above. Not flush in it's colonization. They look sort of "rocky" if you will.
