Mushroom id in washington

Habitat: Where does it grow? Wa state, PNW What does it grow on? woods/ mulch by a church parking lot...
Gills: white, attached gills,
Stem: Length 2 to about three inches tall, white, with a white veil, hollow when mushed,thick.
Cap: inch to two inches wide cap golden orange, cap going up like a wavey cap
Spore print color: didnt get a change to take one
Bruising: no that a noticed
Other information: i didn't notice a scent coming from this mushrooms, but didnt have a lot of time with it cause it was before my G.A. meeting and people where showing up so only had enough time to snap a couple pics, but at first look thought it was a cyan but then noticed it wasn't totally bummed but still wonder if anyone happens to know what kind it is?

oh ummm... yeah that dose seem pretty similar with the white viel and all well thank you guys i appreciate the reply so fast:) i was so bummed when i realized it wasn't a cyan. i have been searching the same spots i have found them like two yrs ago but no luck i think its cause everyone in marysville, knows the spot... and for some reason the neighborhood i find blue ringers at hasn't really been showing them these year or im just not looking in the right spots;/ like they moved or something:?

I could see how you'd think these are cyans, but definitely not them. Also i live in Marysville as well, I suppose we both know what spot we are talking about..sad to see it isnt producing this year to many pin rapers out there.
