Skinny shrooms?

I recently harvested and dried my shrooms and I'm concerned about how skinny they are, in other peoples pics they seem to have thick stems and are alot bigger. I fan dried for 2 days and finished off by oven drying for about 25 minutes on the lowest heat, I constantly moved them around on a plate with tissues so I made sure they didnt burn or anything (they are now cracker dry).
Heres what they looked like before harvest

Here's 2g I weighed out which I plan on taking on saturday

The scales don't seem to be lying but it just doesn't look like alot lol (sharpener for scale).
In total I got 20g dry weight and the whole batch are as skinny as that. What do people think? The picture actually makes them look fatter than in real life, they seem far skinnier when holding them.

I'm not understanding the problem. Those look fine. Where are you seeing mushrooms like yours that dried out fatter?
Regular cubes tend to dry out pretty skinny.

From the pictures I've seen of peoples shrooms they always just seem to have much thicker stems, maybe I'm just thinking too much about it

Those might also be penis envy. If they aren't they have weak caps and it looks like they were grown with no FAE.

They look super healthy. Those other look like PE, especially when you go back a few pics.

They've just been sitting in different rooms just getting ambient sunlight and I've got no idea what the humidity is but I kept the house at 23 degrees for most of the time and spray once a day.
