Hi guys,
I'm an absolute beginner about to embark on my first liberty cap hunt tomorrow morning. In preparation I have put together a sort of informational document which has everything I think I need to properly identify liberty caps. I will obviously do a proper id request on here before consuming anything but I would like someone experienced, if they would, to take a look at what I've made and just see if I've got anything wrong or missed out something that will help me identify liberty caps effectively. I have attached the document.
Thanks very much guys!

Looks fine to me mate! With a guide like that you should be able to identify 'em relatively easy. In my experience I find identifying them much easier than actually finding a decent habitat. Habitats can be tricky to find depending where you live, not much countryside by me so I struggle to find any real good spots, but when I come across libs I never normally have trouble identifying them! They're a pretty distinctive kinda mushroom. Good luck!

Thank you very much!
I live in an area literally surrounded by miles of grassy fields, I'm feeling very optimistic, about to set off now.

That's a very good guide there. Although I wouldn't say the stems are light brown, more creamy white but bruising light brown/yellow and they don't really bruise blue, maybe a little bit at the base sometimes. Once you find your first libs you won't have trouble identifying them again, it becomes second nature.
Looks like you're in a good spot so you should have no problem. Good luck.

Definitely is accurate. Just to be a bit more specific on habitat, I've found that semilanceata like to grow in farm pastures that are right off the highway or not far from busy highways. They favor wetter areas of fields with shrubs and if the field has a stream running through it, even better. Sometimes I would be in ankle high water when finding them and I'd even find some underwater.
Here's some pictures of some in Washington state.
