Hm, looks like a Psilocybe. I'm kind of guessing here but is Psilocybe fuscofulva possible?

#1 looks very psilocybe-like and #2 is probably an inactive panaeolus or psathyrella

The top species is a very rare collection for the books from what I can see. You'll want to get additional photos of the gills in proper light, and take a spore print for 12-24 hrs on white paper or aluminum foil. For now,
Compare to:
Psilocybe fimetaria Psilocybe strictipes

For the second collection, compare to Panaeolus acuminatus and other Panaeolus species.

I'll go looking in the same spot tomorrow for the same species. Expect more pictures and better information about 24 hours from now.

I couldn't locate more of the same species today. I can offer a more accurate spore print colour though, - purplish. A photo of the print with my camera never gives a true representation of how it actually looks. The gills are adnated/annexed. I will update the thread if I get more info.
