Is it possible to move the WRF to BRF substrate?

I inoculated the spore syringe into WRF (White Rice Flour) mix with vermiculite since I can't find any BRF around. After that I read in this website and found out that WRF will not give the shroom 'MAGIC' effect, so now I ordered BRF from the internet and would like to know if I can move the colonized cake into another?
FYI, it's been 5 days after I inoculated the syringe and now it's started to get some white spot - I assumed that it's started to colonized?
Is there a way to move them into my new substrate - BRF Mix?
Thank you for all your kindly help and answers.
Best, Rosso

i would recomend innoculating the BRF mix with ur syringe. start over. I have taken cuttings from cakes before and droped into other cakes.... HUGE WASTE OF TIME and not easy to do.

Yeah you're better off just re-inoculating.

What do you mean by HUGE WASTE OF TIME?
I'm surely will inoculate another syringe into new BRF mix but I can wait for a while if it's worth a try. I don't want to waste these Magic Mushroom to get naturalize and got no Magic anymore.

White rice flour isn't as good but may still work. Keep it around and in the meantime start some new cakes with proper brf. You don't want to be messing around to transfer cake chunks. That will likely blow trich up in yer face.

The WRF substrate is now half colonized. I wonder if I can make a print out of the shroom that grew from WRF?

Because the top of the cake is open to the air and only protected by a vermiculite barrier in standard PF tek, it would be highly unlikely that you could get a nice clean culture sample out of the jar.
If you want to try cloning mushrooms to another cake, look up 9er tek. Personally I don't think it's a good idea for someone new to sterile technique, since you need to be pretty onpoint to pull it off.
I agree with pasty, see what you can get from your white rice. I think I recall RR saying that "no magic from white flour" thing was B.S., it just doesn't work well. Eat'm and tell us if you get that far.
--------------------
I spawned some popcorn casings and had double-overlay cause I didn't put enough hydrogen peroxide in my automated aquarium mister. I only got one mushroom so I cut off the head part where the seeds fall from and put it in a jar of LC and sprayed it all over a tin of PF cakes I made with gravel, cardboard, and bisquick in my microwave. I think it will be good cause B+ is so potent. Triggered yet? Only a square would say "a cube is a cube."
No, this does not look right...

It'll be fine. The nutrition profile isnt that much different. Granted brf is better with a higher nutrition density and iron.
You can also grind up brown rice in a blender and make your own. It doesnt have to be super fine. This has always worked very well for me and produced much better results.
I haven't noticed a difference in potency from different substrates, just better or worse results. If the cubes grow and they are they'll be good, you'll just end up with less.
I would let them be and treat them normally.

I'm going to taste them by tomorrow. Will report the trip with WRF shroom.
Thanks everyone.
