so yesterday before going to sleep i dosed myself with 3 seeds of datura stramonium and they worked like charm! only from 3 seeds or maybe i was too tired but usually i dont sleep that fast! the dreams were more like watching a tv kind of dreams not a participator. i woke up refreshed and awake but had a slight blurry eyes!
there seems to be a lack of info about datura stramonium...and would like to ask about tolerance? how often should i use the 1-5 seeds dosages?
can i take it with MAOI like syrian rue to counter the nausea?
and what would be asafe datura stramonium dosage to trip but not black out...delirium hallucinations and and everything but not the blacking out part! or its part of the normal datura trip?

dude just no
and wtf dont try to trip on it. the dosage in a seed is extremly hazzardous and potentialy fatal. this is mainly a neurotoxin that can also fuck your blatter and can lead to all kind of shit. plus the trip from people i know told me it was horrible,
if youre at a point you want to try datura. try all the shadiest RCs instead and give us feed back
plus datura is not a psychedelic so wrong sub forum

There's not a lot of information on safe usage of datura sp. People seem to see it fit to just tell everyone not to do it, which is ironic because if everyone listened to that kind of advice, this forum and culture wouldn't exist. Yes it's very dangerous and generally unpleasant (to say the least), but I'm not sure I like that kind of advice. I think some people are going to try it regardless and we should offer advice when we can. Yes, even though we told them not to.
The problem with datura is that you don't ever really know the concentrations of alkaloids because they vary by the plant, region, season, soil condition, etc., so there is not reliable way to measure a safe dose. That said, one possible way to reduce (but most certainly not eliminate) the danger would be to grow your own plant (easy- they're weeds) and make a tincture from its seeds/leaves/whatever, then use that in very small doses, slowly working your way up, allowing yourself to get a feel for the strength of your source material and therefore an appropriate dosage for whatever you're using it for at the time. Then again, datura alkaloids are poison so there isn't technically any safe way to use it. Just giving my advice on harm reduction.

Yeah I don't see how that article responds the question at all. Relates to it perhaps, but it's like you gave us background reading instead of constructively reponding to the topic.

I'm just making sure he's not some teenager who is "dangerously ignorant" like the article says. Now carry on.
