oh man george forman grills suck to cook burgers on. i usually jus add like salt crack pepper onion powder worcestershire and a pinch of this garlic steak rub i use if i wanna keep it simple. usually i add the seasoning straight to the meat but sometimes i like to add jus a little and then give the patty a rub and the blacken it. I mean theres a ton of stuff u an do tho. jus like pick a stlye of burger first then figure out the seasoning n stuff based on that

Minced garlic and onion into the ground beef, maybe some parsley too.
Paprika, Worcestershire, Allspice are also good flavors in a burger.
Adding eggs is another popular way to go.

I generally use salt pepper and either cayenne or chipotle pepper in my ground meat along with one egg and some breadcrumbs to bind it real nice.
Hand make 1/2 lb patties and let them chill in the fridge for an hour. Cook them to a good medium( still a little pink) to keep that nice juiciness. And DONT smooth them to cook faster that just cooks out the juices and will leave you with a bland dry burger.
Burgers can definitely be a high class meal of you cook them right. Also cheese is important always melt it over them at the end. I use Munster or pepper jack with mine. Top with a nice garden( lettuce, onion, tomato) and maybe some grilled hot peppers.
Hope this helps, enjoy!

I add Ritz crackers, Worcestershire sauce, and cinnamon. Press the patties into a sweettart shape so they end up flat.

Yeah the egg just acts as a binder.
Cumin, also probably good.
I enjoy heavily spiced food though, I usually end up going overboard.

He's right. It's pretty awesome. I don't always eat my burgers that way but it's not a bad way to go. That's what we call a coal miners burger in bama.

This is how I've been doin it up lately.
Hamburger mixed with an egg, pepper, garlic, little bit of bread crumbs, and some gorgonzola cheese. Cooked on the grill.
For toppings I use sauteed onion, bacon, and avacado.
Put it all on a nice toasted bun

Also use some LAWRYYYYYYSSSSSS!

Listen to me OP and listen to me good.
Ingredients: Salt Pepper Cheese, preferably Gouda Fresh jalapeño or green chili pepper Blackberry jelly Can of fried onions Eggs Ground chuck for the meat Bun of your choice
Step 1: Preparing your burger- A lot of people add all sorts of shit to their meat. I like to treat mine like a steak, there is already going to be so much flavor on this burger you don't want to fuck with it too much anyway. Roll the meat up in your hand 3/4 the size of a tennis ball, they will shrink a little. Then form a patty with your hands. Make sure it's well smashed together or else it will fall apart.
Season with salt and pepper on both sides.
Step 2: Cooking your burger- (refer to step 3&4 while burger is cooking) If you are using a gas grill heat that fucker up as much as you can, keep lid closed. Over 350 degrees ( you will lose a lot of heat when it is opened). 5-7min each side, try to only flip it ONE TIME! Once you see the burger is browned all around the side you'll know it's ready to be flipped. Add cheese last 2-3min.
I would look up a tutorial online for charcoal grill bc it's a lot of splainin.
For the best results I would use the stove. Especially if you aren't too familiar with your grill. Heat the pan up on medium high, don't need any oil or anything unless you have like 80% lean beef. 5-7min on each side, like with the grill instructions try not to flip your meat too much, also as I said before once you see brown on the sides of the burger you'll know it's ready to be flipped. Add cheese last 2-3min.
DO NOT CUT OPEN BURGER UNTIL IT HAS SAT FOR A GOOD 4-5Min!
Step 4: -Chop up peppers and mix in blackberry jelly to make jelly spread -toast buns -spread jelly spread on bottom and top of buns
Step 5: Preparing eggs-
I like my eggs to be cooked over medium so the yolk drips all over my burger and it just makes it so much more orgasmic. Set stove to MEDIUM heat. Grease up pan a little, sometimes I like to use some of the burger grease, but don't use too much. Plop egg in there, and cook it until you see the clear part turn white all around (don't worry if there's a little white left uncooked before you flip it, you don't want an over cooked egg) lightly flip it trying not to pop the yolk in the middle and cook for another minute.
PUTTING IT ALL TOGETHER:
From bottom to top -bottom bun -burger with cheese -fried onions -egg -top bun
If you really want this to be amazing fry your own onion rings with a sweet onion.

I use cumin, oregano, sweet basil, adobo, salzon (spanish seasoning) and a tiny bit of curry, garlic and black pepper. I cook it slow, keeps the juices in. I always cook on a stove though, idk about a foreman.
