1.Is there any use of spore syringe if it's not sterile (outdoor cultivation, perhaps)?
2.Fastest way to find out if the spore syringe is sterile?

1. Which part of it isn't sterile? The insides? Either outdoor cultivation, which is a long shot unless it's a liquid culture, but I'm guessing you mean spores. Or you can clean it up on agar. 2. Shake it up, drop one drop on an agar plate, wait. Next to that, maybe you could try a BRF paste in place of agar. I dunno how easy it is to see bacteria on that stuff though.

Well, I have a SAB, my sterile techniques are OK I guess, hadn't had any contam yet. But I fucked up with the spore print (at least I think so). Also, one print for one syringe (20ml), I know it's not recommended to use one syringe for one print, but I didn't have that many sterile syringes atm, only 3 for 3 prints.
I'm still new at agar (I'm actually new in general, whole mycology thing (no shit, right)), so I've got few agar dishes, but I think I failed agar too since some plates are like liquid, and some are like jelly and the one that I've tried to clone hasn't done anything yet (it's been few days, so I guess I can't really tell if it's bad or no). I used for agar little bit of honey (half a spoon or something), 6 grams of agar, potato water (boiled potatoes in water, used that), used recommended ratios, but I think i didn't mix the stuff entirely, so 50% it's going to be not good.
I guess I'll do some brf cakes with my new syringes, maybe LC, because I think agar isn't going to work well this time, will try it in the future.
Oh, and, I'd love to use malt extract or dextrose stuff, but I can't find it and I don't want to order it online.

Are you using whole prints per syringe? A good print makes like 100 syringes. A whole print per syringe pretty much guarantees you'll get some nasties in there.

Yes, as explained above. Though I'm not going to do so again.

All you need is some telephone brand agar agar packets, which you can order online if you can't find them for 90 cents apiece at an asian market, some unflavored instant mashed potato flakes, and some corn syrup, and you can make agar and liquid inoculant both pretty easily.

I got a bunch of fuckin dextrose and light malt extract and all that shit and it sat unused for so long it's just a brick now.

What exactly is the endgame here? To find out if a spore syringe is sterile? The answer is no.

Well, it doesn't have to be sterile sterile, it only need to have such liquid which won't make any unwanted contam in the future.

A spore syringe is not going to be sterile...it has spores in it... I'm lost bro, what are you trying to accomplish? A spore syringe with a guaranteed 0% contamination rate...well that is just not gonna happen... am I missing something here?

If you know its not recommended why did you do it? Do you know the reason its not recommended.
As said a print can do 100+ syringes, if you had 100 syringes you would not make 100 spore syringes. 1 per print is all you need.
If 1000 contams fell on your print then this would be 10 per syringe, if you only used 100th of the print. So with 10 contams you have loads of drops going to come out with non contams. By sucking all 1000 contams into the one syringe you increase your chances hugely. I tested mine and found 0.2ml is 8 drops, so your 20ml syringe would have 800 drops.
I would suggest making a jar of sterile water and violently injecting all your syringe into it and sucking back up the now dilute solution. By pushing out fast it should help break up the spores more.

Interesting idea, though it sounds like more or less minor fix, though I will do that anyways, still better than nothing.
