ID request - Psilocybe species?
    #22425979 - 10/24/15 06:25 AM (8 years, 3 months ago)

Hello, I'm requesting a professional ID of the exact species, for the specimens in the attached 3 photos.  I'm pretty sure I know what species they are, although I'd like to get a 2nd opinion without saying what I think the answer is (also, I'm intentionally not stating a lot of descriptions in words since that might risk forcing an answer).  Caps, gills, spores (deposited near stem annular zone in some specimens), stems can all be seen clearly in the attached photos.  All found in high altitude alpine wet grassy cattle pasture habitat in central Europe.  Unfortunately no spores fell during printing, so no spore print is available.

What are the species?  Is there any shred of doubt as to what they are?  Any single specimens that don't appear to match the rest?  Anything poisonous? Are any Galerinas?

Hoping to have a deep nature spiritual experience soon!  Don't want a painful hospital liver-failure experience.

Thanks

I'm not a pro but I have no doubt those are Psilocybe semilanceata (liberty caps). Have fun.

Thanks for the help.  Much appreciated.  Due to the critical nature of the ID, I'll still wait for a trusted identifier before adding these to the to-eat bunch
