Newbie doubts about hot weather

I'm gonna start growing some cubes for first time. I live in a tropical country with easily 88°F of weather every day, sometimes more. So is pretty hot in here, can you tell me some ways to keep the growing chamber cold and humid?

Upps... I left that detail out. I want to grow inside, is not recommended for the newbie but I wanna start with the bulk method.

I wouldn't worry too much about weather outside. If you're comfortable inside, they should be too . I can say from experience I've grown when it was 29°C in my room when I had no other choice. I still got by.
Also I would so recommend Mono's to noobs! I've never done cakes yet.. Probably never will. So I started with Mono's lol. I'd be a huge hypocrite if I said a noob couldn't do a mono

If you're doing an indoor grow in a shotgun fruiting chamber (SGFC) or monotub, the humidity won't be an issue at all, since your setup will do most of the work in maintaining it.
Temperature is the main issue, IMO. If the temperature in your *tropical country* is around the 88F mark and you live in an urban area, the temps in your grow box/room won't exceed 81F unless you're running some electrical equipment nearby or something.
You'll definitely get results with P. cubensis at 81F, but your yields and overall fruit quality will be better if you can somehow get the temperature down to the mid-70s.
ed.: I'm just starting out too and live in very similar conditions, so I've been doing some experiments on this myself.
I don't have enough observations to draw any solid conclusions yet, but I've recently run parallel, identical set-ups in unregulated (79F-81F) and air-conditioned (70F-74F) settings. The latter yielded more fruits (20.5g dry vs. 24.8g dry) over the same period of time (3 flushes; could have gone for more but returns were diminishing significantly at that point).
My Set-Up P. cubensis "Golden Teacher" Cased bulk trays with 1qt rye spawn + 1qt CVG (my uncased grow went horribly, so I got paranoid) SGFC
Monotubs should get you much more than this.
Conclusion: With an indoor monotub and growing for personal consumption, you can cast your doubts about the hot weather aside You'll have lots of shrooms, even at 81F, lol.

yeah cakes are a waste of time, imo, if you cant afford a 15 dollar craigslist pressure cooker then you cant afford to grow shrooms, or aren't old enough... i tried cakes my first time over a decade ago, and can honestly say i didn't learn ANYTHING that i couldn't have learned faster with WBS!

Glad to hear humidity isn't a problem. So I just have to figure out a way to bring that 88F to mid-70F. I have 88F indoor according to my thermometer, sometimes a little bit more or less. If I don't somehow fix the temp I will wait for christmas until it drops a bit. I think is possible to grow them in my temp, but I just wanna make it right for my first time.

Yeah, he's gonna be a little more prone to contams with weather like that though. Could still overcome it with good technique... speaking of which... I sweat like a filthy whore when I'm doing my SAB work in 75F. I don't want to think about 13 degrees on top of that.

IMHO ive used jars of ice from the freezer to combat high temps. just sit one in your SGFC or wrapped in a towel on top of your mono. I wish i lived where i could try all kinds of species outside year round!!!

If you're going to start in a month or so, it'll be a good idea to plan exactly how you'll get from spores to harvest during this time. That way, you won't end up with your project stalling because you don't have a specific material on hand.
As a beginner myself, I've found RogerRabbit's videos to be extremely helpful. They've guided me all the way from having absolutely zero experience in mycology to being able to confidently start a small grow without fear of contamination. $8.99 for pretty much everything you'll need to know as a home grower.
I'd agree with the advice to skip the PF tek. If you follow RogerRabbit's advice on sterile process (extremely important), there's no reason why you can't go straight to WBS, rye, or some other grain. You'll eventually want to move on to that from PF cakes anyway.
