Just wondering how tall a fruiting chamber for Golden Teachers should be. It would be a tub in tub incubator set up...

Why would your fruiting chamber be an incubator?
They are seperate things altogether.
As far as how tall a Fruiting Chamber for GT's; I would say about 18 inches ought to do it. THat would allow for a layer of perlite/goelite, and the cakes/casings, plus fruit.

What size are your bins? Just as an example, an 18 gal. Rubbermaid w/ 4" of sub. and 1" of casing provides an ample remainder of vertical space for fruits to grow as tall as they'd like.

the whole thing is.. im going to buy the bins specifically for fruiting.. so im wondering what size bins should be bought.. jetblackninja.. people say u have to keep the cakes at like 70 degrees during fruiting.. so im gonna do it in a (tit) incubator they are 1/2 pint BRF/verm cakes.. also another question if you guys dont mind.. when this chamber is complete and the perlite+cakes are inside, im going to put a piece of plexiglass over a hole i cut in the lid of the rubbermaid.. I've had a couple people tell me seal the lid on tightly like it is supposed to go on.. but I read alot of teks that say put a lid on loose.. what should i do.. I dont want these things to mess up :/

I live in New England. Last weekend it was -3 degrees F, but the inside of my house was still right around 70F. So unless your growing them in a shack without heat.... room temp should do the trick.

i dont have them growing in my house... the place where they are has no insulation on the floor and the temp outside is in between 3 and 30 degrees.. and they are only gonna be about 3 or 4 inches off the floor

no, the place where they are is heated... but the floors are not insulated... so the floors are ice cold thus why i need an incubator

I guess what I meant is that you could spawn your cakes to a large amount of poo, poo/straw, etc. If the outer bin isn't directly on the floor it should be easy enough to keep cakes or casings at the right temperature. Just go to the store and pick the bins that look the best .
