wood chips catching cobweb
    #22416939 - 10/22/15 06:28 AM (8 years, 3 months ago)

oh no! noticed cobweb and stuff on my woodlovers grow. Seems relatively in tact. Dont really grow wood mushies and get the feeling theres too much moisture or wasnt properly pasteurized or something.  Mycelium is breaking thru the surface.  I should lightly spray with peroxide no? Plan to see this grow thru

since you have the TC tag, i will head your idea and move it outdoors.  Imma put it behind the doghouse under the tree. Think that'll be a good  spot.  I needa leave the polyfill in right?

What species are you attempting to grow? I assumed cyans or it's allies. But maybe you address growing shiitake or oyster. Either way, I am not sure why you have poly fill involved with it. Usually people use poly fill in their plastic tubs.

Hmm. Cobweb has meant failure on wood chips in the past. I am not sure what you should do.
