Jars showing no sign of colonization after 5 days. Any advice?

Hey guys,
I have a question regarding the colonization of my jars. I inoculated 11 jars about 5 days ago, and usually I see the initial signs of colonization by this point. I made sure my substrate was not too wet, and made sure all my methods were sterile. I also allowed 12 hours for the jars to cool/allowed the needle to cool in-between each jar inoculation. I have been through this method a few times and have had wonderful results. That being said, I know all the do's and don'ts of the method. So that will probably save you some time on the answer, haha. Anyways, I checked all 11 jars just tonight, and they all show no signs.
My main question is, how long should it take before I consider this grow a dud? I searched the net and found that some people had to wait over a week for initial signs to show. Is this a common thing? (Considering I have always had signs of colonization around the 5th day).
Thanks in advance for your guys' help! I really appreciate it!

So you're thinking this could be because of the temp changes/ winter coming around? I was wondering the same thing myself.

Most definitely... nothing to worry about though... slow and steady wins the race... less contaminations, and thicker denser fruits to come.

Thank you good sir! I appreciate the response and reassurance on my project over here. It's gonna be a long and cold winter.

I've had MS take up to 11 days to really show growth before. Which was the longest with success for me.
I dunno what the longest anyone has waited before.
EDIT: That was at 65F/70F
