I harvest a lot of stuff and mix em all however i feel that day
Other stuff i've got Mullin Heart of the Earth Staghorn sumac Gokdenrod I've even used pine needles Sage Orange thyme Rosemary Bee balm, bermagot From the garden^ Red clover as well
Every now and again some semi-local honey
I dont drink too many exotic or store bought teas tho my mom is into that. I'd eventually like to get a New Jersey Tea tree, one of if not the only native tea trees to Ameriva

Today I went to the store and bought an "everyday" detox tea and organic Darjeeling tea which I'm drinking now.

I checked out that website and found that that guy has done some research after reading the story and skimming over the medicinal plants.
Do you know what climate the New Jersey tree grows in?

I really like the Yogi brand tea selection. They are very good and don't contain caffeine. In Europe you can find these in every health store.

Yogi tea
I just bought Yogi's dandelion detox tea. We'll see if it helps me with my caffeine detox.

I like yogi tea, but they use "natural flavors" in a lot of their blends. Plus, I prefer to mostly buy single herbs/teas and make my own blends
Imho Rishi, Numi, & Traditional Medicinals are the best!
I have been loving roasted dandelion root as a kind of coffee replacement. I'll steep two tea bags really strong and then add a little cashew milk in the morning. I haven't had coffee in over a month and am down to just a small amount of matcha each day (1/2 tsp). Ime, it's best to taper off by switching the black tea, then green tea, then go completely off.

HeyYogabunny! Do you roast your own root?
I've tried it as a tea but just the unroasted root. I found it quite bitter and not that plesant but i've eaten raw root as a post winter cleanse.. worked good but tasted rough.
Anyone use chickory root? Word is they use it in store bought/sold coffee to cut the bitterness.
Made a tea with nettles the other day. It's tough to cut the planty flavor but like most of the stuff: if the medicinal aspects are worth it. .

I've been drinking "Traditional Medicinals" everyday detox tea for the past three or four days and have noticed a difference in my body. Mathis morning I woke up and my stomach felt refreshed and well. I eat semi healthy and have been noticing how and what I eat.
Today at the grocery store I said to myself that I wish I could eat healthier while looking for the frozen pizza. My mom suggested to make my own pizza which I will start doing after I get a pizza pan. Mhm sounds really good grating my own fresh mozzarella.
Organic Darjeeling tea is what I drink during the daytime which is caffeinated.
Matcha is what I'm aiming for next to add to my teas.
If I had access or could cultivate my own herbs for tea I would. I know that will come with time.

Ironwort! That is the name of the tea. I'd suggest everyone here try it, especially if you smoke. It is great for your sinuses.

Yerba mate, it's not a true tea as in Camellia sinensis, but it's very good for you and tastes great both hot or iced. Guayusa is the same.
I also drink various types of black and green teas from Assam, Nilgiri, Darjeeling, Kenya, Sri Lanka/Ceylon, and at rare times China.
I used to love Japanese green tea but I stopped drinking it after Fukushima.

Chaga - overnight in the crockpot on low. Red Ginseng - overnight in crockpot on low Fo ti - half day in crockpot on low Reishi - overnight in crockpot on low A mix of eleuthro, ginseng, cinnamon chips, licorice, sasparilla - overnight in crockpot on low
Those are the teas I currently have in my fridge.
I have a small crockpot that I make teas in. It's just over a quart in capacity. I make the tea, strain it, and put it in my fridge.
