That is a temptingly good deal.  Is there any advantage to the presto 23 over the mirro 22?  I never see people recommend the mirro, though I've been satisfied with mine.  I'm totally comfortable with a jiggler and no guage.

I spawned some popcorn casings and had double-overlay cause I didn't put enough hydrogen peroxide in my automated aquarium mister.  I only got one mushroom so I cut off the head part where the seeds fall from and put it in a jar of LC and sprayed it all over a tin of PF cakes I made with gravel, cardboard, and bisquick in my microwave.  I think it will be good cause B+ is so potent.

It too has a jiggler. I thought the mirro did have a gauge tho? On the handle or something. I could be wrong. Although I do remember researching hard on mirros to make sure it does have a gauge.

Mine doesn't, though I saw one on ebay that did.  As long as Mirro did there math right (which getting fucked by a liability suite for botulism almost certainly means they did,) I'm cool with just relying on physics.  Also I know I can fit 15 dollstore v-tek containers or 10 quarts in the Mirro.

I did find I have to stretch the silicon seal out a little bit every few runs.  Not sure how normal that is.  It's not showing any signs of atrophy.

I have to stretch the seal on my presto 23 as well so your not the only one mach I always use some sort of lobricant as well as it seems to seal faster usually cooking oil or this dry slide graphite lube stuff I have both work very well I use the latter of the two when I have more than 1 run to do as it doesnt need re application also IMO the gauge is a novelty mine messed up after its third use I think with the weight jiggling periodically it reads 12 psi but Im sure its at 15

Those gauges can be calibrated.
Cheap chapstick is good for those seals, easy less mess to apply

I think mine is less likely not to seat when I lubricate the gasket with water.  I just pour water into the lid, sloth it around under the gasket, then pour it out.  I like to get most of it out, otherwise it drips all over the stove for a long time and I can't tell if the seal seated properly until I'm a good bit into pressurization.
