What is your daily diet?

Since the end of August I have had a very strict and very healthy diet.
Breakfast: Blueberry frosted mini wheats (no dye or artificial flavors) with whole milk, banana, 2 bottles of water, protein shake.
1st lunch: 2 cans of tuna with 4 slices of whole wheat toast hot sauce on top, 2 bottles of water, an orange.
Around 2pm: Protein shake
2nd Lunch: 3 pieces of chicken cutlets, 2 bottles of water
Dinner: Whole wheat protein plus pasta with vodka sauce, orange.
So that has been my day in and day out since the end of August I wont lie it is boring but it is pretty good, cheap and healthy food. I have a refillable water bottle so I don't spend money on water. Costs me $60 bucks a week. What does your daily diet look like and how much do you spend on food roughly a week?

I wake up in the morning and eat two eggs with cheese, and a cup of English Breakfast. For lunch I usually eat two cookies and a cup of milk. Around 2 I usually drink a cup of juice and some tea, and maybe a bowl of poi, and around 7 I'll eat a large dinner, usually 2 healthy plates of beans and rice or two servings of pasta or a burrito. Comes out to approximately 1200 calories a day.

I am guessing you are a female? Cause 1200 calories a day is simply not healthy for a male.

I don't have a daily diet, I can't stick to one thing more than a few days at a time. Macros are typically the same though.
So far today though it's been
breakfast: 3 strips of bacon, oatmeal and 7 eggs with whole milk
snack: turkey sandwich with mayo and cheese on whole wheat
lunch: 2 grilled chicken breasts and a peanut butter/oatmeal/egg white/milk/banana/protein shake.
I try to get in around 3500 + calories a day

This is my Monday thru Friday Diet. On the weekends I usually eat a lot less.
1st Breakfast: 1 Banana, 1 Muffin or Bagel 2nd Breakfast: 4 Granola Bars. If I walk past a box of doughnuts I will eat one. 1 or 2 times a week I eat a Ham/Egg/Cheese Croisant.
Lunch: PB&J or something like a Turkey and Cheese Sandwich, 1 Handful of Chips, Berries or an Orange.
1st Dinner: Kratom
2nd Dinner: Its different everyday. Today I will have too big scoops of lasagna. Tomorrow I'm eating a giant Mexican Chicken Salad.
Dessert: Fruit and a piece of Cake/ Ice Cream/ or Brownie

I dont have a strict diet, where ever the wind takes me that's where my stomach goes. Sometimes I eat unhealthy, sometimes I eat very well, it's all relatively balanced for the most, although It wouldn't hurt to try a little harder I suppose..

How does one function on 1200 calories a day? Sounds horrible
And where does one get poi? I want to try some. Sounds delicious

Do your thing and all, but it seems you are on the protein "hype". IMO getting more calories from fat or carbs makes you feel more energetic and just better overall. I dont wanna come off as preachy, but beyond 15-20% protein of calories, it just seems excessive. I would reccomend trying it out. I tried vegan, vegatarian, and paleo (heavy meat) as well as ketogenic. I suffered very little muscle loss, even when I cut protein

Well I guess do you. If you feel fine, then keep doing what you are doing. But if I were you, I would suggest intermittent fasting. It worked wonders for me and my wieght loss. Good luck with your wieght loss journey
1200 is too little for me to function. That a lot of discipline!

Intermittent fasting is bad ass. Very useful. I try to do it when I'm bulking too sometimes.

It gets really hard but the benefits are noticable. Trying to eat up to 3000 cals in a short period of 4-8 hours makes me all bloated and nasty. Its worth it when possible though

1st breakfast- Smoothie of ~300 calories 2nd breakfast- Fake sausage, 2 eggs, cheese, potatoe breakfast burrito + spices. lunch- Rice + black beans after lunch snack- homemade granola ~ 200 calories. Maybe a glass of milk with it Dinner- Veggie curry, veggie stir fry + rice, veggie chili + rice,
That's pretty much it. Beans and rice are the main staples of my diet. Egg's in the morning always. I occasionally get drunk and munch on carbs such as fresh bread/croissants. I make a variety of soups that i'll use as a substitute for lunch as well.

I eat a lot of veggies, yogurt and a few odds and ends. My veggie plate is 8 oz broccoli, plus spinach, corn, peas, beans, etc. Sometimes I have some rice or potato in there, its about 20 oz of veggies. Then maybe some dark chocolate, yogurt, might have an apple, blueberries sometimes nuts or dates.
I try to eat organic all the time except for a few things. For a late meal I might have a couple baked potatoes, maybe white maybe sweet. I don't eat meals as such just a plate of this, a bowl of that, a bar of something else. I usually get about 2400 calories a day.
