Agreed.
Sleeping is the happiest time for me. Thats why I love opiates. I wish they wern't so deadly
Recently though I had a lot of those work dreams. I was mopping a floor last night, really scrubbing it with a brush and then someone came in and wiped muddy feet everywhere. I picked up a plate and hit em with it.

Brother man, I heard that. Somewhere along the line some higher power caught wind of this so countered with mass nightmares, so speak with a whisper lest something gains a clue.

I once had a nod, it was quite pleasant nut on the whole, more pleasant that psychologically useful.
MXE is my "opiate", slipping in that half sleep with something coming on fast, mmmm.
But yeah dreaming can be so wonderful, and the cosy warmth of the bed... nice!

Now we are on the topic of dreaming, its high time to briong nocturnal visitors up.
Anyone had a Night Hag before? A small intensely Evil being getting on our chest and pinning you down with their boundless evil?

Or the surprisingly common spirits that try to get in bed with you, especially behind your back, which put weight on the mattress, gently pull the sheets or even fondle you?
Maybe an incubus or succubus, a spirit making love with you in a highly exciting way, often felt, sometimes seen?
People, creatures or horses walking into the room, looking at you etc?

Yeah Ive had that a lot of times, most times I was just paralysed and felt panic because I couldn't move but no entities present. One time there was an entity, a kind of black mass and I pulled all my will power and charged at it and it just dispersed into nothing.
MXE is dope BTW a really good drug for psych experiences. I couldn't do it that often as it blows all my ESP's open. Same as ketamine does but MXE doesn't have the sinister vibe I get from K.

Sleep is good, but I hate going to bed unless I'm not totally and utterly exhausted. I can't even get into the mindset of sleeping until I'm ready to pass out immediately(lately I've been forcing myself to go to bed regardless of whether or not that's the case, so I've been kind of laying awake doing nothing a lot. It's getting easier).
I've always been like this since I was really little and naturally insomnia is a given - sometimes I'll get a couple of weeks of good, steady sleep and I'll have amazingly vivid dreams and have gone lucid occasionally, but when I inevitably end up falling off the sleep wagon, I never, ever dream until after I'm back on schedule and getting the amount my body needs.
Pretty sure it's because when you are catching up on sleep, your body doesn't go through the stages properly, and you don't really get to REM sleep so no real dreams are a drawback. I have felt like I've had weird little dreams in earlier stages of sleep - like once I had a mini dream where I was on my stomach, with my arms at my sides, moving like an inch worm down the stairs, and that was really odd because it didn't feel like I was fully asleep, that was when I had a really bad flu and was hopped up on hydrocodone syrup, but it's happened other times too - but not unless I'm sleeping properly for at least a week, if not a little more.
Has anyone gotten stuck in a dream loop before? That's happened to me a few times, it's pretty freaky - I sometimes realize I'm dreaming and try to wake myself up and the dream will go into loops. The last one I had was in a dream that took place in my own house, so the loop was literally starting with me laying in bed and I thought I was awake until I went downstairs and found myself in the same situation over and over. It was weird.

HAHA yeah dream loop. Only once but I woke up and went too the kitchen and got a drink of water. Did this about 5 times before I really got up and went to the kitchen. That was in my old house I remember it vividly.
Its like the brains a computer going haywire.

I had this oncw, but instead i kept climbing out of bed and walking out my room. When i walked out my room, i would wake up. Each time i woke up, i was tripping on a different substance, substances i woke up on were acid shrooms and mescalime.

STAL on the whole "liking sleep" business. I love it when my body needs it, which is often, but I hate that my body needs it.
My mood is heavily influenced by how much sleep I get, and that fluctuates quite a bit.

I've experienced the night hag phenomenon once in my life. It was a frightening experience. Some call it sleep paralysis, but it was scary as fuck. That said, if it happened again I'd try explore the experience more.

I've had it happen once myself. They say it's blood-flow related but it feels significant at the time of occurrence.
I had a very odd dream last night. Between my tossing and turning, I managed to nod off into this house with a massive window in the front and back. Something regarding the sun was occurring and large amounts of the population were inside communicating through writings on the windows. Then the "event" that they were trying to plan for occurred and the clouds turned wireframe, the air became fluid, a low pitch and mechanical hum was heard and something significant/climactic happened but ironically I can't pin down what it was.
I think it was me processing some sort of solar-human singularity.

Some nights I fall asleep quick and other nights I don't
Some nights I just can't turn off my brain I just lay there thinking about random shit but I've found it helps to focus on my breath when I notice that happening

I've experienced sleep paralysis twice before, the first time I was 17 and it was the scariest situation I had ever been in. The second time was about 6 months ago and I felt something right in front of my face pinning me down, but it was pitch black. I had a lighter in my right hand and I was using every ounce of willpower to light it up but I could not move any part of my body. I finally managed to strike it and I sat straight up. The lighter was nowhere to be seen, I'm guessing it was a dream but it seemed so real. I had a dream the other day that I was trying to sleep and my 2 friends had come over and were trying to wake me up and I was pretending to be asleep. I finally gave in and opened my eyes, I had woken up and my friends weren't there. Ten minutes later I started to feel shaky, being a type 1 diabetic I checked my blood sugar and was having a hypo. If I hadn't woken up that could have been very very bad.

Yeah I've had the fondling visitors. Not to much fun imo. It's to hard me to not wake up wondering, "what if I'm dreaming of being raped, while actually being raped?" So i wake anytime anything comes near my ass.

Hissing and humming tinnitus is common during sleep paralysis, but I actually had a night hag talk to me at one point.
Don't confuse things guys.. Sleep Paralysis is the mindstate between waking and dreaming, the visitors are a phenomenon that occurs during sleep paralysis.
