estimated yield?

As I'm preparing to sacrifice these cuttings here, minus the pup bulbs at the bottom, can't help but wonder how much mescaline might I yield from this. Any idea?

Cacti vary hugely in mescaline content even within a soecies, so what species it is matters even more. That being said, it looks like you've got more than enough for a good trip no matter the species or its strength.

Depends on the species. For a weak San Pedro, probably only a few. For something stronger, obviously much more.
I believe bridesii and peyote itself are the only cacti with reliable mescaline contents, all the others are dependent upon the specimen and question and you'll never know how much mescaline is present until you try it.

Id say you have about 3-4 moderate doses.

Unless you have identified the cacti in question, that is just a guess.

I feel like you need more extract to get the experience you do from brewing tea of the same cutting. Two good doses if it all goes to plan!

It's San Pedro and I plan of making tea and going straight to base. I've got more, but these ones were rotting in back so figure I should use them. Got probably 2xs as much. More healthier looking ones too

If you tried this cactus before why do you ask for advice on dosage? Have I missed something?

Yeah I don't get that ... Wouldn't be know how much he needed before and then just do that math from that roughly?? Seems like he could estimate better than us since potency varies

For me that would be enough for at least two very strong trips or 4 or 5 milder trips. But thats assuming they are decently potent.

Might add another 2-3 feet. According to you guys, I shouldn't expect much from this on a brighter note, I grafted some lophophora bulbs to a couple of those pups

so i chopped 2 of those arms up. One was pulverized in a magic bullet type device. It nearly topped out my pressure cooker. Im bringing it up to heat. If it boils and doesnt boil over, imma pressure cook it for like 30 minutes. Otherwise ill simmer awhile and strain. This shits a hassle on the cool. Fuck it thou. Gonna be up all night tonight

OK, well i feel like im in over my head. The PC got up to temp and PCed about 30 min. The problem is i simply have too much and not enough supplies. I have i pot filled to brim with chopped cacti (2nd round and i added 5 extra feet), i filtered half of what was in the PC and have a limish green tea that i wanna bottle but i dont have any more jugs and im out of pots. Im attempting to boil down what i have but thats gonna take awhile. Need to get this 2nd batch going. Calling on neighbors and friends lend supplies. LOL. I need gallon jugs at the least. Thats what would save me right now
