I've seen five or six (YouTube) live concerts of Elton John between 1972-77, and, god damn, he just shreds.

Madman Across the Water (live 1971)...o, wOw. I'd say the only living pianist who can play like this would be jazz great McCoy Tyner (my fave pianist):

Pretty much all of the best ones that come to mind are pretty jazzy 
Also are you talking just straight piano or keys in general? Because both are amazing.
This song has some great piano:
Lake "Red Lake"
It is a bit overshadowed by everything else going on in the song but it really shines in a few spots. Their keys player is super groovy.
