Men will never be obsolete. There are still a lot of jobs women are not as good at. Mechanical jobs for example. Also, the trades like construction and electrical are more suited for men. And hard labor jobs.

Women are getting higher up in ranks, i will agree. But certain types of jobs are better for men.

We need each other thou to make the world run right.

thats actually pathetic for the males.. So thats all we got? Strength? yikes..

To add to this thread's topic.

Men are natural leaders. This is very important.  I am not saying A woman cannot do so but I will argue that men are better at that than women and there are studies to link this. I think this even relates to a point in modern society. Men usually make more precise and direct decisions. They are wired differently and do just that.

A man is far more protective over a female then anything else. This obviously is even more so with a child which is in the female's best interest. A male has a natural intuition to destroy anything that will threaten his offspring compared to anything else.

Do you think this will change over time with the adaptation of needs and the potential integration of female leadership?

I do not at all. Like I said, there are studies to show that men are natural leaders BUT that is before modern era. After looking it up I see that there are also studies to show that men are leaders in modern era. Out of almost all situations I have ever been that involved group decisions, A man spoke up and was recognized. A man became the leader. Can women be leaders? of course.. but most of them cannot be and/or are not as competent and that is where we come into play.

Do women need men for survival now? Absolutely not. However, it is a huge benefit and is actually a better choice for the woman if A man could lead/protect her kids.

I believe the argument that men can do physical labor jobs is incredibly true. Well... its actually obvious honestly. I have worked construction myself. It is very sad though to think that is what we are better at. Those are brainless jobs that use muscle/skill and that is it.

A female is dirty minded sex crazed. Not all, but MOST love the penis. I have seen this time and time again. I have seen many girls who claim to be "bi" choose a dick over a vagina for obvious reasons overall. They in a sense want to have the best choice of man to give them a baby. Of course they could just do artificial insemination but the dick is a fucking tool to women. The amount of hormones that goes through sex and orgasm because of sex is beyond anything else they can achieve. They love that shit and probably would not want to do without. That is my last ditch argument god damnit.

No. Just no. Women can't take care of themselves or others as well as they can with a man around, what makes you think they are going to be able to run the world in fifty years?

Women would die off because they can't cultivate food and they can't open the jars of the nonperishable stuff.

What about single moms? I was raised by a single mom and she gave me a grea childhood. Would we have been better off with another person to help out the family? Sure, of course. But I don't think it has to do with it being a man or a woman, it has to do with the money the make, the time the have, and how capable they are at caring for children.

C'mon  weren't woman traditionally gatherers? The jar thing was cute though. I agree that men are traditionally leaders but let's not forget that women have been more or less oppressed for most of history. 70 years ago no one would've ever dreamed of a woman President, yet we very well may have one soon. Granted, not one who serves the best example for female capability, but a woman leader none the less. I'm saying, maybe men are always seen as good leaders because woman have never really had much of a chance to lead. However, this may have caused woman to be genetically predisposed to follow and be sycophant. I remain neutral I guess

Maybe women are shitty leaders because they'll follow anyone without a Y chromosome.

I don't seriously believe that, but pointing out a bunch of female lemmings following an admittedly shit candidate on the sole basis of her gender doesn't lend credence to your argument.

Didn't read the thread, but I find it interesting you think women are more peaceful then men. Most women I know don't even like other women because they are so scandalously backstabbing, caddy, and ruthless. Men never have the drama that women constantly create and dare I say thrive on? Not sure I've fought once with my male room mate, if I was living with a woman right now it would probably be living hell.

Seriously, theres some science behind it too. Something about the constant need to degrade other females to make sure their fetuses are seen as the most desirable in the race for the best genetics.

that sounds like some serious pop anthropology bullshit, i'd say what you describe is more a product of the vapid, borderline sociopathic culture we live in.

If its just the culture we live in, how come men didn't pick up these traits in large and almost all women possess them? It's biological man. Most things in life have nature as a driving force. There is peer reviewed studies on the subject, you should read up on them you might find it enlightening.
