If you are supposed to be anonymous when using bitcoins how the fuck do they know if your in New York or the Canary Islands? If it's because you want something shipped to New York then use a mail fowarding service from out of state.

New Yorkers are crazy....
Every New Yorker I met this summer at a festival or at the club was either a K addict or coke fiend.
I met this one guy at Ultrabar this summer who was buying drinks for me because I told him I could get him coke. He was literally begging me for Cocaine the entire night and said he was down here on a trip from New York and hadn't snorted coke since he got down here and that he needed to get his hands on coke ASAP.
There was also a fuck load of Ketamine at Moonrise Festival this year because of the New Yorkers. New Yorkers can't get enough of that shit and it's fine but they go crazy with it. All of them were meowing and were kitty tripping. It was funny as fuck and chill and I love K but they are a little nuts and stupid. I like that Bisco isn't in NY anymore. Scranton PA is the real home of Camp Bisco and people in PA are more responsible and less douchey then New Yorkers. It's not the fact that it was relocated that pisses me off, what gets to me is that New York is so uptight and has a stick up their ass and that nearly ruined an entire festival, especially one as good as Camp Bisco
This Bitlicense shit is the last straw

Yeah, I just registered for Local Bitcoins and was given a notice that I was unable to use the site because it's now illegal to sell anyone bitcoins in New York unless the receiver has a hard-to-get license.
If there's any Shroomery members who are selling, announce it in this thread.

Why are you even using a service that either lies to you or doesn't understand the fucking law. They have Bitcoin ATMs in New York. The service you are using is just too lazy to get a business license in New York.

Because I'm too lazy to buy bitcoins the legit way..
The best way for me to buy them is initiate a trade on Local Bitcoins, walk to the bank and deposit money, and then receive them in my wallet

The west is the best.

Ephesians 6:12 For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places. Psalm 12:6 The words of the Lord are pure words: as silver tried in a furnace of earth, purified seven times. Hebrews 11:3 Through faith we understand that the worlds were framed by the word of God, so that things which are seen were not made of things which do appear. Revelation 3:11 Behold, I come quickly: hold that fast which thou hast, that no man take thy crown.

To hell with new York, its a shitty state anyway. There are many ways to get around their stupid rules. Simply register an address elsewhere. How are they going to know if its your real address or not or your real name or not?
You can always send in a money order to some places and buy. Using bitcoins is like giving the finger to the man.
Another way is to buy litecoins, darkcoins, etc in ny and then take them to another site where you claim to be in Vermont, for example, and trade them for bitcoins.

If you can do a deposit at the bank, go on local bitcoins and look in a different state for ads. Find one asking for deposit, but at a bank you also have in NY...then just go to that bank thats in NY, and do the deposit, to the branch of the bank thats not in NY where the seller is
And voila...you have bitcoins via local bitcoins
(similar to stonehenges ideas)
Bank doesn't have to know you're buying bitcoins. Seller doesn't have to know your in NY. And local bitcoins won't know you weren't outside of NY when you did the deal.
