It's not like you are being forced to buy anything. And based on what I read they offer a good product at a good price. Where exactly is the problem with that?

It may be better to live under robber barons than under omnipotent moral busybodies. The robber baron's cruelty may sometimes sleep, his cupidity may at some point be satiated; but those who torment us for our own good will torment us without end, for they do so with the approval of their own conscience." - C.S. Lewis "I would rather be exposed to the inconveniencies attending too much liberty than to those attending too small a degree of it." - Thomas Jefferson

I wish all owners were more like these guys... Actually choosing to make less money then they possibly can (cuz that's what's fair), and investing all profits in the local community. Not to mention an almost worker owned corporation! Sounds almost like a socialist ideal!

Funny how they always leave that part out.
-------------------- You cannot legislate the poor into prosperity by legislating the wealthy out of prosperity. What one person receives without working for another person must work for without receiving. The government cannot give to anybody anything that the government does not first take from somebody else. When half of the people get the idea that they do not have to work because the other half is going to take care of them and when the other half gets the idea that it does no good to work because somebody else is going to get what they work for that my dear friend is the beginning of the end of any nation. You cannot multiply wealth by dividing it. ~ Adrian Rogers

I think that capitalism, socialism, communism, fascism, and ararchy, at their "ideal" are probably all pretty similar.
But nobody's ever managed an ideal anything.

If this is truly what you think, then you REALLY need to educate yourself. ** edit ** Perhaps I am misunderstanding you. It would help if you clarify what you are saying.

I think what hes saying is that idealists are silly, i like the idea of utopia, but i dont think it will happen in my life time. Not unless a couple billion people die and the major infrastructures of the planet are wiped away, and we can start again. May be peaceful for a while... that is if the "good" guys survive. Even then, who knows, its just an idea i guess. Work to influence the world how you would want to see it, integration, if the people who are on top now fuck up, thats one less step you have to climb to get see what you want.
