Predicting the future of drug legalization in America...

Currently, America is 2nd in line as a popular drug-tourism location, I.E Colorado and Washington State, what do you guys think the future of drug legalization will be like? In all honesty, I think the worst part and probably the most controversial part of legalizing marijuana in the US is the notion that it will ease the access of other drug legalization movements...I think LSD and magic mushrooms and pretty much all psychedelics should be legalized soon, and may be legalized by 2040 or so, the obvious problem is miseducation and ignorance regarding the common view on the implications of drugs. I would love to see a legal Monterey Purple or Yellow Sunshine manufacturer in California by 2030. I think if we wanted to, we could make Mushrooms the next medical marijuana, I've never taken them but as we know they are very good at healing and fixing psychological disorders and neurochemical imbalances.
personally, what I really want to enjoy in my lifetime is real authentic hashish prepared with Opium and chamomile and things. I've always wanted to try opium and if it wasnt for the fact that i still live at my mom and dads house, I would grow soniferum poppies and cultivate small portions of my own for personal use.

MAPS is paving the way. I bet the big pharm is lobbying hard against any federal legalization of any drugs that they don't produce.

Know how history repeats itself? Sometimes I wonder if we'll legalize drugs and then they'll become illegal again for people to lobby for it to become legal.
I'd like to see the future of it in like 200 years.
But short term, I feel like they'll just stop caring less and less about keeping drugs (especially marijuana) illegal
Or they'll somehow someday successfully eradicate all drugs.

Not to mention, tobaccy and alchy are good healthy drugs that don't cause problems.

I can see some of the classics being decriminalized in the next decade but I cant see much being legalized.

All drugs are misdemeanors if caught with small personal use amounts, in California. New law started this year.
If this spreads then the next step would be to make drugs infractions, like a traffic ticket.
Then decriminalization, then eventually medical and hopefully fully legal.
I would rather say ,'fuck the bullshit!' And just go straight to legalization, but America has showed that it won't just do that, it needs a gradual easing off of punishment until it is accepted.
I think we should try our hardest to skip the medical phase. Fuck having to bullshit a doctor to get a recommendation. When they have doctors in tents lined up outside cannabis events, so people can get their cards before going in and getting free samples, it starts to just look like abusing the system.
We don't need to be sick to want to get high or have a strange mystical journey on some psychedelic.

Cannabis will be legalized, most other things decriminalized. I could see some psychedelics potentially being legalized or becoming medical in some way also

It wouldn't be number one export without American drug laws.
