Noob reporting in, potential first find (P. Cyanescens?)

Hello all! After spending the past week or so reading up on the wild mushrooms that grow in my area I decided to go ahead and see what I could find. I live in northwest Georgia, withing the known range of Psilocybe weilii (among several more common variety). I found a few amanitas along the way, but my big score was a gregarious bunch of what looked to me like Cyanescens (though I wasn't sure that was a variety that typically grew here).
Habitat: Autumn, Georgia Piedmont, found near Bermuda grass, pine needles, and sweet gum trees.
Gills: purplish violet, adnate
Stem: stalky, firm, 5-7 cm, white when picked, but slightly tanned after picking
Cap: 1-5 cm light tan, same color as stem. undulate slightly ruffled/striated edges
Spore print color: (will post soon)
Bruising: slight pinkish purple
Other information: Scent of the mushroom: earthy, smells similar (if muskier) to store-bought edible mushrooms. Has a white ring at the end of the gills just under the edge of the cap running all the way around the edge of each mushroom. No visible annuls or veil remnants. Found near a nursing home in the forest.

Pictured below, moistened cap on paper:

Those mushrooms are neither Panaeolus cyanescens nor Psilocybe cyanescens.

It's my Halloween avatar. I do one every year. Don't worry, the old one will be back once it's over.

Psilocybe cyanescens does not grow in GA, you want to hunt for Psilocybe caerulescens this time of year.

Thanks for the tip and reference images, looks like it's back to the forest for me. It was the undulating caps that thew me off XD, I mustn't get starry eyed when they've yet to bruise.
