Grain to substrate transfer.
    #22395227 - 10/17/15 08:25 PM (8 years, 3 months ago)

Hey guys!
So my grain bag is colonised at like 90% but the colonisation rate slowed down dramatically!
Anw is it okay if i mix the grain with the substrate now or do i have to wait for 100% colonisation?
Thanks a lot!

100% colonization...grain without mycelium is like a hoe without a pimp... all the undesirables are just gonna have their way with it.

I dont know! Its my first time and i read online that 100% means i shouldn't be able to see the grain!
There is no uncolonised area cuz at like 60% i mixed the bag to have mycelium all around.
So ur saying i should make the transfer or wait a bit more?
Btw thanks a lot guys!! U're being really helpfull

One last thing guys.
According to sporeworks every 1lb of grain needs 2.5lb of substrate.
Is it okay if one of the bags have like 3 or 3.15 lb instead? I accidentely just did that :/

Do you think they are ready for fruiting conditions?
Its the same bag. One with flash and one without.
