all i am saying is that the law will inevitably win, headlong against the constitution, and that's the reason to be mindful of the rights of people, and of how people are being infringed upon, whom the disputants are, and inevitably revoke the charges set upon to the people by way of the government to command the republic.

that's the difference between the US constitution and the canadian charter of rights or what ever it is you guys were finally allowed to have in the 70s, all hail the queen
you think i like the Queen on my money? you don't think i wish Canada shouldn't charge a great command over it's own army?
i am sovereign in my country, because i don't believe in what it stands for. but then again i follow the laws. it's free, as free as anyplace else...it's the law that governs.

what you're saying is utter nonsense, the constitution IS the law, it's the law that governs the laws, it's the instructions for how the laws are made, the reason we have the supreme courts is to strike down laws that are unconstitutional while upholding laws that are constitutional
you clearly dont know shit about the system established in the US

we have 'sovereigns' in the US, they seem to believe they can simply opt out of the legal system and the laws no longer apply to them. most end up in jail because they're retarded fuckwits without a clue and a heavy dose of conspiracy bullshit in their heads... and drugs, lots of drugs apparently

i would wager those 'sovereigns' are oppositional-defiant. just because you're 'sovereign' doesn't mean you have to fight.
and i know the constitution is the instructions on how the laws are made, but the law is still, independently, a beast of burden with which the constitution is plowed (gotta love aphorism). the law can be struck down as unconstitutional, or it could not be, and you as a citizen, would have to fight that in court, or on the field. that's the whole deal.
there is no summary conclusion to the constitution as it is a document to protect the ideal of the rights of men, the laws that govern do not always hold up to scrutiny, because law defines the government, and the constitution is to defend the rights of men from reproach, independent of the larger political spectrum, that is, the gathering of resources for potential war, which is a chief political aim. there needs to be an away team, and there needs to be a homebase, a goalee, a defender.
LOL look, it's Canadian red i used.

the constitution of the united states is good, it's a rational approach in dealing with lawlessness of kings, it gives the player, instead of simply a goal of conquest, also a goal of every-man-for-himself to govern themselves so that their's is mutual self-interest and so the conquest can be fought on both fronts, the attacker, and defender. as opposed to a virulent reign from only one direction, you have a true reign in your land, so people can enjoy themselves more and be free, whilst also prevailing on the homefront.
it avows for humanities better pursuits, to prolong itself.

what does that term mean to you?
It means that regulating guns and militias is not in violation of our constitutional rights.

a well regulated militia is not the same as regulating guns
it says in the constitution "the right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed"

Obviously there are different ways of interpreting that sentence.

maybe to those with convoluted thought processes such as liberals, the statement is pretty clear in what it says

I imagine the ambiguity therein is not accidental. Government's need as many loopholes as they can possibly squeeze in

So you mean to tell me that you don't think there is anyone in the US who should be denied the right to own a gun and that you don't think guns should be regulated in any way, shape or form?
