Becoming a healer/shaman (questions)

To put it simply, I don't know where to begin. I want to learn techniques that I can use to heal both myself and other people, both physically and mentally. I've heard someone mention something about Reiki before so I'll look into that but I'm sure there are a lot more techniques and methods. Do you guys know any really good ones? Or just have advice/tips on this in general?
-------------------- How to get started in bulk: Presto 23-Quart Pressure Cooker BOD's Simple as FUCK Still Air Box PastyWhyte's Easy Agar Tek Munchauzen's Cultivation Video Series How EvilMushroom666 Prepares His Grains (I use jars with Synthetic Filter Discs) What is G2G? (Grain-to-Grain) Damion5050's Coir Tek (I use 5.5 - 6 quarts of water instead of 4. Also ignore step 13 and ignore the monotub completely. The only purpose of this tek is to show you how to make a simple substrate. I also add gypsum to it but not necessary) Spitball's Monotub Tek (A liner isn't necessary but is useful) Use 6500k lights throughout the whole process. When you wake up, turn the light on. When you go to sleep turn the light off. It's as simple as that.

Acupressure or acupuncture is an idea.
You send the energy through the needle.

A shaman is someone who enters the spirit world and from their vantagepoint intermediates between the needs of the spirit world and the needs of the tangible world.
I'm not sure you mean that.

Keep it to the mental part if someone actually seeks you out. Maybe give some back rubs here and there on the physical part because you are in no way even close to what a doctor is. Tread lightly, stay soft minded and seriously watch what advice you give people when it comes to their health.

That is part of what I meant. That and being a healer.

Then we are on the same page. Maybe look up some Ghandi stuff because IDK how wise you really are. Honestly A lot of people could use some good mental healing. The stigma of a psychologist is somewhat negative to me at least.
Of course... you would be A shaman though... I wish I understood more

You should take a course in first aid, and CPR. It only takes a few hours, and then you'll know a few things to heal people, at least physically.

A course in CPR is only good for 3 minutes at best. It is even more worthless if you are the person who is doing CPR and has never done it before.

I do need to work on healing myself mentally before I start moving to other people but just wanted some ideas to research up on in the mean time.
