Hi there!
Be comforted by the fact the you will absolutly be ok, and that the effects will wear off. I promise. In the meantime you could try laying down, closing your eyes and doing some deep conscious breathing. This has helped me handle anxiety attacks, and rough come ups on psychedelics.
If that doesn't sound like your cup of tea you could try changing your setting, often times a simple change in music helps.
Lately I have really been into the Desert Dwellers
If you need a bigger distraction you could try some silly and light hearted TV Adventure time FTW!

Also depending on how you feel you could try going for a walk if there are safe places you can travel to where you feel comfortable and secure.

Thanks for the help. The trip actual ended pretty nicely. The problem was that the come-up hit me like a ton of bricks.
Lessons learned: Don't trip durring the day, it's sensory overload to have people moving around the house. Don't drink tea so quickly.
Your comments helped me enjoy the rest of the trip.

Benzo. If no benzos at hand, go into a dark and quiet place by yourself or with close friend if necessary. I have had some rough patches before, and it is always a sign that I have something from my subconscious I need to face. So I will face my fears alone in the darkness and silence. Preferably in a soft and warm bed or similar. This is why I use the mindfold for the comeup and peak every trip now. Silence except for nature sounds in the background and me lying on a comfy and warm spot with my mindfold on everytime i shroom for now on. Smart to have a benzo at hand in case of emergency though

Solid advice, but the trip ended 2 days ago.
Appreciate it. Maybe some other noob like myself will find this thread moderately useful.

Haha true. Also remember that you have to eat over your own body weight in dried mushrooms to come anywhere near the LD50.
