They were growing in a patch of wet grass a few meters from pine trees.
I'm in North Carolina
All of them smell similar to rubber
The grey white one bruises bluish purple also. The brown ones bruise brown.

First is an Inocybe, something like Inocybe flocculosa.

Second is Laccaria ochropurpurea

I am pretty sure I found some of what you have in the first picture on my land in north carolina today. It was only two little small ones though.
