Canadian Tire has pressure caners that will do 15psi. Home Hardware is another place to check if you don't want to pay shipping.

Both those places have PCs that suck. Theyre not more than 10qts. CANADA SUCKS FOR PCS EH?!?! I lucked out tho. Got my presto 23qt for $30 from kijiji.
BTW Amazon.com will ship to Canada, and they have prestos at $88. Also check out bed bath and beyond. They have prestos for like 140... But thats the cheapest you'll find brand new locally.

My town is very small so our stuff is limited, but I'm going to just suck it up and spend the 130$ for a presto 23qrt. I dont want to get something unsafe or is not up to par. I'd rather do it right!

Also if i got it from amazon.com it would be 113.52 because of the exchange rate plus tax and shipping, and then brokerage/custom clearance fees depending on how they ship it. I got screwed by it before! so i just do amazon.ca

I ordered the Presto 23 qrt, its probably going to be everything I need. If I need to upgrade to this All American one in the future I will, but after looking at the link and doing the math for that AA pressure cooker, it would come to around 359.21 and I don't have that kind of money to spend on a pressure cooker! ;p thanks for all the help from everyone and their input though!

No prob.
I just recall using a cheap one with a crappy rubber gasket.
We ended up breaking it pretty fast and the gasket almost went through the ceiling O.O

Ur lucky dude ur gonna pay half of what I did. Hell if I lived in the US id buy a monster AA PC
This is my first ever pressure canner. I received it and the next day canned 40 pints of chicken. It was super easy, much easier than I thought it would be, and the meat came out perfectly. I'm super excited to pressure can more food now.
Was looking to get another one and was checking out reviews online when I stumbled on this one: http://bestpressurecooker-review.com/all-american-921-review/. Seems to be very highly rated in their indepth review. Should I get that one or another presto 23?

I would definitely get the All American pressure cooker. I've been searching everywhere for the past week or so and doing research on quality, size, psi, etc. and I would assume that the All American is probably the best out there. It seems to be the best anyways! I just don't have that kind of money to get it! ;p

If you're dead set on getting one now and spending ~$100 this is your best bet at CT

Crack the box before you buy it... there should be a 15psi weight in there right near the top. Otherwise I think there's a Mirro by T-fal one that does it too. But neither the 6qt nor the 8qt do 15psi - I know because I bought the 8qt first before finding this out.
