Pan germ times

Just wondering how long I should wait before I should be concerned about viability of a pan cam syringe? I know up to 3 weeks for cubes. I used a syringe to agar 11 days ago and haven't seen any growth. I know it's still early, just wondering when I should start to be concerned? I know there are spores on the plates, some have some big clumps on them.
Thanks

I just used my cubensis syringes from February...they were fine... properly stored the can remain viable for long periods of time... unless pan cam is a whole different beast, you should be good.

Sometimes it can be hard getting germination on agar, it can be different reasons including your recipe.
I finally got some stubborn pan spore to germinate on agar
Try putting it to grain first, then taking a colonized grain to agar.Sometimes you get better luck with germination on grains
I use a small amount, like a quarter pint jar to make it easy

What I do for pan plates is soak some grass seed overnight and use that drain water in my agar recipe.
Pans love grass seeds.

Yea if the malt extract and agar are pre mixed like that you can't really chAnge the recipe. You can chAnge the stiffness a bit but honestly I think you should try putting it to grain if you have a syringe , if you just have a print I say knock up another plate and see what happens
