Had a experience with Astral Projection yesterday morning.

Such a weird experience. I was waking up and going through a bit of sleep paralysis, I have had this happen a couple of
Other times but this time I wasn't panicking it was way more chilled out if you will.. But as I woke up I "lifted" my right arm in the air
Only to realize that it wasn't really my arm but, how do I put this, the arm of my subtle body as it is called. I understood that I was having a bit of a OBE. I tied to fully leave my body but regained full body movement and fully regained consciousness.

Its been years since I read up on all of this stuff and now I'm totally fascinated by it again. Has anyone else had experiences with this?

Yes. I'm convinced that human beings should be able to go out of body as easily as breathing and we do as kids but get programmed to stop. I am pretty obsessed with mastering the dream state right now so I can explore the universe with my real eyes. Last night as I began to float out after some time of relaxation exercises and mindfulness, an entity poked me in the eye and I got startled and popped right back into my body.

Humans have very powerful pineal glands because we have a little dna of the orginal creator gods of this universe but they tend to be dormant or semi dormant. We are more powerful than most things we could meet out there because of our ability to direct intent through our powerful imaginations. This is well known on the other side so the "baddies" prefer to keep the lions sedated so we aren't threatening to their parasitic activities. Best way to get consistent is to keep a dream journal and try to keep the mind awake while the body falls asleep every night. It gets easier with practice like any other skill.

The dream journal is essential because otherwise you can go out of body and totally forget it like a dmt trip. I'm starting to remember quite a few now that i dismissed as dreams or something. If you want to do it you have to work on the muscle of remembering and strengthening the connection. Mastering lucid dreaming seems like a fun undertaking too. Imagine creating worlds every night lol. We already do but imagine doing it consciously. What sort of worlds would you create?

The state between sleeping and waking is the launch pad. You can train yourself to stay aware in this place. My favorite book on the subject is Multidimensional Man by Jurgen Ziewe.

Been doing the dream journal for a while now. I'm not so good at keeping the mind awake as the body falls asleep though. usually by the time I make it to my bed I'm dog tired.

The other day I did a reality check while I was dreaming and it didn't work. I even held up my hand for a couple of dream characters to see that I indeed had five fingers.

I got really heavy into meditation when I was 16. My mom had a book about strengthening physic powers since she was into that type of stuff back then. When I picked it up the opening chapter was so beautifully written that it predicted every single one of my thoughts browsing through it and playfully guided me along. I was hooked, I started doing the exercises in it. They were centered around chakras and building up your minds ability to more or less tap into the dream state while you were conscious. Eventually I was at a point where I could slip into a state where my consciousness expanded out past my house, something I later read takes most years to accomplish. In the later chapters Astral projection was one of the last disciplines it touched on. I attempted it feeling intensely confident in myself at this point. After mentally settling myself into a deep state of mediation I consciously attempted to project myself else where, using my sense of expanded consciousness to reach out of my body, and it worked momentarily. I felt a buzzing and an almost velcro like detachment from my body, although I couldnt see anything I could mentally sense my placement in the room away from my body, I got excited and snapped back into it. Later on the book touched on the dangers of losing your grounding and becoming permanently separated which stopped me from pursuing it any further. Definitely one of the more trippy experiences Ive ever touched on.
