Too humid for MultiSync's lazy bastard print/syringe guide?

I try to follow this guide to make a print. http://www.shroomery.org/9210/MultiSyncs-lazy-bastard-print-syringe-guide
I took caps that look like umbrella, where I saw some purple color on the mushroom. After about 24 hours there was no print, and the zip lock looked humid. I assume too much humidity disturbed spores from falling. I don't understand the guide.

When printing, I generally give the mushrooms a good misting, and wait about an hour or so for them to absorb the water, and then I'll pick the largest mushroom that has noticeable spores dropping already, and then I gentally grasp the cap, and give the stem a twist to separate it. I place the cap face down on a piece of foil, and put a glass cup over it. Wait 24 hours, and then quickly fold up the spore print and put the cap onto the drying fan

You should definitely dry your prints if you do not intend on using them right away. Locking moisture in a folded up piece of tinfoil is asking for trouble.
Just leave them uncovered, in your SAB or in front of your flow hood after taking the print, for a few hours before folding up the foil.

Dry spores are kind of a pain in the butt to remove from the foil, and don't get distributed throughout the water as evenly as their slightly moister counterparts.

Why would you mist a mushroom you're about to print? I'm not following that...

I liked the simplicity of MultiSync's lazy bastard print/syringe guide, since I just want to make syringe., and it also seems sterile. I even desinfected the top of cups before doing. It just doesn't seem to work well because of humidity. I don't get it.

In theory, hydrated mushrooms drop spores a lot easier than dry mushrooms; Like I said, I let them absorb the water before I print. I don't want wet prints.
