We live on.
Dont get me wrong, i love Gaia and i love nature. Its people that i dont like, those who abuse other people and nature.
Some might say we're all to blame or that for every evil deed there 10 positive somewhere else on the planet but i dont buy these children stories. No BS here. A barrel of honey can be fucked up by a tiny spoon of tar. Think about it.
But according to Cherubim, sun is coming up so will see...
But at the moment my biggest wish is to fucking get of this planet to some other place ... some other galaxy would do...

I think it's all about what we focus our attention on - how we hone our state of mind to deal with challenges. In that way the negative outside stuff can be reduced to have much less bearing on our personal lives. You can't change other people but you can be an example for them.

hehehe. . . ah, I had a wonderful friend when I was a kid, college guy named Gilley, we would play Starcraft at my dad's game-room, ( we were very poor, but he pieced it together, he was a dreamer ) and a group of friends and I think Gilley would often say - A Fuckin'! :-)

Our culture doesn't define the planet or life. It's disrespectful to both of them to lump in what humans created into the overall picture of what was created, but I do agree our culture is 100% fucked and needs to go extinct

That's true, but whatever culture we come up with next, the happiness will still be inside ourselves and not in it.

Wonderful point, dear Circastes
And eehoo as well, yet here is a sort of secret. . everything we say, has an impact -- it is often most beneficial to focus on the positive; an old Greek expressed it beautifully, 'The secret of change is focusing all one's energy, not on fighting the old, but on creating the new.' McKenna encouraged this as well- 'Don't even listen to NPR,' he said, heh. heh. I feel similarly, yet primarily for the formative years of life 1-25, or at least 1-15 or so; those are when the brain is developing most, so it is most beneficial to have a lot of time spent in more healthful ways than watching television, which is good in it's way - but not so much for children, i would say; who are much more well-developed when they have freedom of nature to develop their hearts, bodies and minds with. To let the imagination develop, and other mental forms, etc. Yet I also don't subscribe to the view that ' etc. etc. will rot. . . ' etc, as I know that it is certainly not true in a fixed or absolute sense, by any means. It all depends on very many factors; life is infinitely, both simple and complex - we have, essentially, quantum brains; so nothing is usually white or black; although there are of course, many polarities in the world- non-existence, existence, etc.
For instance, McKenna's point is well-understood and well-taken; to think for oneself, do not follow others; create new beauty and culture, has been the corner stone of my artistic and creative life - yet also; I would not wish to say, 'all of that is bad,' either, as it sets up conditions etc. Ecology shows, for instance, usually have a great deal of beauty, insight and love within them and behind them these days; and for instance, the movie Epic is filled with total beauty and love, and goodness- so much love and beauty went into making it - a true masterpiece. For children and television - which, admittedly is not the direct or central topic, but seems very close to it - even one movie a month is very likely more than enough, and I would say time in nature, and playing games, and a bit of learning and mastery of simple things such as higher maths and music, languages and perfect health, peacefulness, strength, survival, etc. Self-reliance and the ability and skills to grow, to develop- to determine truth from falseness, and many other things-- yet these all come naturally, they are not specific skills to develop so much as, natural outgrowths and products of a loving relationship with parents, even more wonderful when the parents have understood peace and happiness beyond material joy or sorrow. It would also be quite useful to remember, generally, that children are, in hundreds of ways, vastly more intelligent than adults, and capable of achieving anything - and this is all children, barring perhaps one in a billion; do not heed what materialists say. One may see this from several facts, including the one that an infant child is able to learn 5-6 languages with effortless ease, if they are spoken by close, sound-hearted individuals- what 'term' we might call an adult who possessed such ability would be perhaps, super-genius, etc. - able to learn 6 languages fully and fluently, in 2 years -- etc. So- children are divine as well as their off-shoots, adults; parents are born to the child, as well as the child born to the parents.
Divine peace, love, and bliss J.

There's no denying our culture is headed for extinction and is causing physical and psychological suffering everywhere on earth, and to just turn a blind eye to it for the sake of bliss? That's not human. That's a sheep

A while back, I also wanted to get away from here. But then I realized. If I really didn't want to be here, then I wouldn't be here. So, here I am.
