No pins? (Also general GH critiques)

So I am using WBS for my jars, with hpoo, verm and gypsum for my bulk substrate and my casing layer. I put my casing layer on and moved them to my GH a little over a week and a half ago and from the site it seems as though I should have pins by now but I don't. My soil is often dry to the touch, so I spray them manually and I have a humidifier that I set to run 24/7 (cheap vicks coolmist, not pictured) with fans off right now (I feel they are drying my cakes) and light 4 hours a day spread evenly. My temp is usually between 68 and 72, my humidity (not sure how accurate) reads between 60 and 80. Should I be concerned about my pins? Also, are there any general critiques of my GH that you would note? Thanks!
PS, in case you're curious, the Zach sticker is an inside joke regarding an old roommate who stole a bunch of my mushy stuff when he moved out last time I was growing.

A manure casing is no good. Casings should be low in nutes and contamination resistant. Manure is neither of those. If it fully colonizes (best case) it will not be functioning as a casing it will simply be substrate. If it doesn't fully colonize expect it to turn green.
The only materials that can be used as both casing and substrate is coir and verm because they are extremely contam resistant.

Damn, thanks for the heads up. Should I try to remove the casing?

I used to run the same greenhouse and I found i couldn't keep the right humidity until I got a cheap ultrasonic pond fogger off amazon but after installing the u/s it held humidity perfectly after cutting some generous slits in the plastic greenhouse which gave ample FAE but also didn't "flood" my GH due to the 15 minute intervals on my cheap timer i have since switched from greenhouses to mono tubs and I don't miss all the maintenance of a greenhouse at all to me monotubs are much less work and don't require nearly as much attention. the one thing i miss about my old Martha is never having fuzzy feet on my shrooms

So I took off all the substrate I could on the casing layer, then I flipped them upside down. It looks like the bottoms of my trays weren't even fully colonized. Is that typical or did I put them in too early? If I did, how would I be able to tell if the tops of my trays appeared to be colonized?

Finally, do you think I shouldn't add any additional trays until this is all sorted out?
