I found these 2 days ago while on a hike through a very public trail, they were growing on a rotting log and they smell extremely sweet.
In my opinion there is green/blue bruising on the aborts but I would like another opinion !
Could only take photos after they were picked as it was a very busy trail !
Let me know what you guys think !!

This find yielded about 12 grams dry, what is a typical dose for gymnopilus luteus ?
Can you guys see the bruising as well ? Just to make sure it's not in my head, I feel as if paranoia is very good when dealing with new active mushrooms !
If you can see it, does the bruising indicate that they are somewhat potent compared to a dose of dung cinctulus ?

I made tea with 2 lbs of luteus earlier this fall and it was a good trip for like 1 1/2 people. Not sure about dried. J would say that 20 grams dry would get you the same results.

You have enuf for one mild thresh hold type run. 15dry of heady looking young ones is pretty snapping to start. Let us know how it goes if attempted.

Yeah 12grams dry is enough to start feeling the effects probably laugh your ass off but i only had nice strong level three on the verge of level 4 trip off ounce of all pins. But potency does vary i have decent amount of experience with gymnopilus.
