just found these on old oak trees with nice green moss on them they have stripes and nipples most are slimy somewhat and some are blue as in picture

There is no bluing on those. Bluing is VERY obvious when it happens.

When looking down on it after its been drying, I can see that the very top of the cap is green but only the cap. The rest is a blue exactly of that tone I highlighted. The stems are very small and have shriveled but are still lengthy. The photos are very hard to tell how blue the color is because its a gentle tone, but it is blue. Also at the bottom of the stem it is the same color blue and slightly climbs for about 2cm up. keep in mind that everything that looks black is actually blue in the photo

Try adjustment to your white balance and use some naturally bright light, if your truly seeing blue we should too.
But also when a TI makes a decision it's generally not a guess. Least your looking for mushrooms, keep it you'll get it eventually.
