You talking about the guys in Cincinnati? They make it look easy, I'm waiting for a bit more leaf cover here in the maritimes before blending up some dried morels I got and doing what he describes. It's worth the cost, like $10 of dried morels for the potential of a 1/2 pound come harvest? Won't make you rich but you'll have a few good meals. Also morels are very hard to cultivate, you want easy? go blue oyster.

Hey Steve,
Morels form symbiotic relationships with the plants around them, so while it's pretty easy to create a large amount of LC, it's next to impossible to get them to fruit reliably, either indoors or outdoors.
I think blue oysters would be a good choice. They thrive at temps in the 50's, which I imagine is where your temps are at this time of year.
As far as the white button, I'd pass on that. Not only are they hard to grow, but you're never going to be able to produce them economically for a price that even comes close to what you pay at a store.

Hey guys thanks for posting . I took a tissue cutting from a white button mushroom , threw it in a honey LC ( I actually made a few jars and took a few cuttings just to be safe wich im now glad I did as one is showimg contamination ) one of the white button cultures is now growing mycelium . Ill be grabbing a few oyster mushrooms and other kinds to make cultures from on my next trip to the store
