So my friend also known on here as soaringeagel gave me a Shotgun Fruiting Chamber with 2 Cube cakes in it that have been flushed 2 times. There's two pins and they have grown sense I got them I am really excited.
Anyone have any tips or tricks to making my grow more successful!? Much love

Cut the foil down to the minimum size disk to prevent contact with the perlite to benefit more from the rising humid air coming off the perlite.
Other than that, just tryto mist appropriately.

I spawned some popcorn casings and had double-overlay cause I didn't put enough hydrogen peroxide in my automated aquarium mister. I only got one mushroom so I cut off the head part where the seeds fall from and put it in a jar of LC and sprayed it all over a tin of PF cakes I made with gravel, cardboard, and bisquick in my microwave. I think it will be good cause B+ is so potent. Triggered yet? Only a square would say "a cube is a cube."
No, this does not look right...

2-3 times a day. They say your cakes should "glisten" in the light at most times. Sometimes drying occurs faster depending on ambient rh in your area. Dont mist too close, or too hard (use fine spray) to avoid bruising. Lightly around the whole tub. This slightly rehydrates the perlite as well as your verm covering. Fan for 20-30 seconds after your mists.

Also, this isnt really proven, but some (me) people like to keep cakes fairly close together. Not too close to limit the fruits space, but enough to enhance a "micro-climate."
When i have done this, most of my fruits appear on the sides adjacent to other cakes. Just a thought from a fellow noob, ive just done a bunch of cakes recently. Good luck friend!

Trim the foil a bit more and have em 1.5-2" apart. Try to really fill the chamber with cakes if you want to get a good microclimate going. If they are widemouth pints you could even stack em for a better result.

You can make grow logs here.
Or at the top of mult cultivation theres a sub forum called "grow logs".
You got a lot of wet shrooms from your first flush that isnt represented by your previous photos. Did u skip some time inbetween?

Too wet. Looks saturated. Often mycelium like that is a response to bacteria. Cut the misting back a bit, the rule of cakes is to mist until glistening and then not to mist until all the water from the previous mist has evaporated.
