"The common house mold, Trichoderma longibrachiatum, produces small toxic peptides containing amino acids not found in common proteins, like alpha-aminoisobutyric acid, called trilongins (up to 10% w/w). Their toxicity is due to absorption into cells and production of nano-channels that obstruct vital ion channels that ferry potassium and sodium ions across the cell membrane. This affects in the cells action potential profile, as seen in cardiomyocytes, pneumocytes and neurons leading to conduction defects. Trilongins are highly resistant to heat and antimicrobials making primary prevention the only management option."
Green mold is not safe to eat homie. Make better choices next time and consider yourself lucky.

ah well thanks for clearing that up haha. i think maybe the mycellium defended itself from the contam im not sure cuz i was surprised to see those four big as caps with veils fully broken even spores on the remnaints but not any signs of green mold. its really hard to tell without a microscope cuz trichs mycellium is white aswell but idk people have eaten moldy bread before, but yea i know this is diff especially with the mistaken identifications noobs like me make. idk tho i can show pics of the caps if you like and sorry about my punctuation haha

Once you get the hang of things, individual shrooms and even cakes/spawn jars become a dime a dozen, and you shouldn't ever feel the need to eat contaminated mushrooms again.
Even if the contamination wasn't dangerous, just the possibility in my mind would probably give me a bad trip. Ugh.

Well you've got to keep in mind that you really don't know what it's contaminated with. People have enough trouble identifying contamination at all, let alone identifying the specific species giving them trouble. You literally have no clue what's all over those boys at this point (particularly after burying them). Not worth the trouble man. Quality shrooms give quality trips.
