Help me step by step casing please!

I am a complete newbie to growing shrooms so I have a bunch of questions! I intend on using my Brf Cakes and use casing to get more yield, but I do not really know what to do. First off, my BRF cakes are in jars where the lip is narrower than the actual cake, so taking the cakes out is out of the question.
So, Would it be OK to use a spoon and crumble the cake in the jar and pour it in my casing setup (In a container I do layers of substrate, Brf, substrate, brf, substrate)?
Also, regarding sterility, when I made my BRF cakes, I put everything in the pressure cooker including the jars (obviously), but what about a casing container? I know I can sterilize the casing substrate, but what about the container? How would I sterilize that?
Finally, I have seen people who do casing and end up with a square container with like 7 huge mushrooms instead of lots of nice heads. Why does this happen? Is it because a smaller container is used? Or is it because the casing needs to be dunked? If so, how do you dunk a casing? Do you flood it with water or something? When should I dunk the casing? After It is fully colonized. Please help me out! THANKS!

well first off casing is simply adding a layerof stuff like peat or coir on top to provide a micro climate, we don't call bulk subs casings they are just bulk subs.
Yes use a spoon or whatever you want to break the cake up to get it out, i'd suggest using a cheese grater after that to break it up into even small peices.
Rather then layer your shit i would simpy mix it all up nice and evenly, layering is not needed. no need to sanitize the tray your spawning too, this is not a sterile process anymore at this point your sub can fend off contams on it's own so just use a clean tray.
no idea what ya mean on the last one just make sure whatever bulk sub your using is done at field capacity and you will be just great.
i take a few cakes and cheese grate them to some bulk sub like cow manure/straw and once colonized case it with peat verm lime and gypsum

It doesn't matter what i think of you...all that matters is clean spawn I'm tired do me a favor

Do you see a difference when you dont add gypsum?
I plan to run brf cakes alone and do the bulk tek after I complete a few flushes of mushrooms.

What do you do when you flush? Do you simply mist the mix?

i harvest the mature fruits and leave the pins, i mist it really heavy and a little more then normal for a couple days and move on, dunking works fine too
