Hi. Will u please identify these?
I found them in high grass / between cut branches in woods (i know its shitty description, but I cannot figure the word for place), in East Slovakia Length of stem from 5 cm to 15 cm Size of cap varies. Spore print is white on some, black on other. Scent of some reminded me of glue
Thank you very much

Looks like a Mycena sp. Nothing psychoactive, for sure.
Dried mushrooms are never sufficient for identification. Fresh and intact specimens are required.

These are the only other photos i have from when i picked them. On the darker shot (second), the exposure is on so colours might have flared more.

Yeah they look like Mycena. Definately not active either way. Also pictures on the internet can be very misleading. You need to look at many many different pictures and also pay attention to things like proportions. For example the size of the mushroom you hold against the picture would probably be much bigger than the one in the photo.

They might be poisonous, so yes. But they aren't active so why would you eat them?

Agree that those are NOT Psilocybe Semilanceata...
He's right when he said mushrooms can be very misleading when you are just comparing to pictures on the internet. LBM's are everywhere you gotta be careful.
To find Liberty Caps you normally have to be hunting large open grass pastures where there are animals grazing such as sheep, goats, cows, etc. Then you locate the feces of these animals and search AROUND that not in it, and you might find Libs IF you are in the right part of the world, ( Nordic Europe, Parts of the PNW, some other random areas ).
What part of the world are you located maybe I can help you to know what to hunt a little easier...

Okay here's which ACTIVE species are found in YOUR area!
I'll cut this list down to the more common species for you so pay attention!:
Conocybe kuehneriana Gymnopilus junonius Gymnopilus purpuratus Inocybe corydalina var. corydalina (Many deadly look-alikes, Inocybes are not recommended for hunting) Inocybe haemacta Panaeolus cinctulus Panaeolus fimicola Panaeolus olivaceus Pluteus salicinus Psilocybe cyanescens Psilocybe fimetaria Psilocybe semilanceata Psilocybe strictipes
Okay let's cut this down!: Panaeolus cinctulus ( Fresh sodded lawns, fresh mulched garden beds ) Psilocybe cyanescens ( Dead hardwood, usually deciduous, mainly woodchip beds, disturbed habitats ) Psilocybe semilanceata ( Grass pastures with animals which graze on grass, near the manure. Sheep, goats, Cows etc. )
These are the 3 I would hunt the most if I was you and I lived in the UK. These are the more common, easy to ID, and worth it mushrooms to hunt really, some of the others on that list aren't really viable especially if you do want to eat them eventually for a good time.
Any specific questions so far?

Sorry I didn't see the second post was a different user. Yours are, as already said, Mycena sp. Not psychoactive.

in that order in simple terms that means, Newly Laid Lawns, Fresh mulched means brand new wood chips and deciduous trees and wood are wood or trees that are NOT pine. Also this means these trees will CHANGE colors during fall, and are NOT evergreen trees. Stick to woods such as Alder wood, oak wood, maple woods, and other types that follow those. These ( Alder mainly ) are eligible to find Psilocybe Cyanescens.
