A serious attempt at a mood labeling system

I've recently been looking at mood maps and have been trying to figure out a way of predicting the mood of an emotion. I'd like to know how different emotions influence the movement of moods.
I'll found a way of doing it but i'll put up what it is afterwards because i'd like to see if it works at predicting correctly first.
Right now, what are 1-2 emotions that you are feeling? I will tell you what mood you are in.

You have perceived your anger objectively and have reacted instinctively to it creating a mood that is depressed.

Lethargic isn't an emotion and joy puts you into objective/ego meaning a mood for action.

Its my day off after a 52 hour work week. My body is tired. But I am also joyous to have a day to sit on a couch and b.s. with the misses.
I did a few chores outside like trimming down the strawberries and mulching them but activity was minimal.

question to anyone: do yuo follow your emotions (do they lead from one to another in a kind of meaningful sequence.?) or are your emotions more informed by what is going on in the 'outside world'
i feel more the former.. altho a bit of both.. can you break out of being too caught up in your own emotions? is that even desirable?
what if our emotions are our coping mechanisms? (is that what they are)? coping mechanisms in response to the world.. expected behaviours from society in certain situations.?

Hmmm, I feel very sad..that it takes so long to begin to understand anything on this Earth at a high level..like seeing people work for there pre lives before work..at school..and then we go off to work..and the best most people do is like work on steel or wood like contract workers..how can we really do business with each other..well ill tell you we go to pre school..grade school..harvard..and then hope and pray to death to get a good job..and then when our hands dont work and we have arthritis we finally get a pension to stay alive for a few years and die in a Hospital..
i dont really do any of this..but i hate how long it takes to build magery..like in Ultima online..and then you have to study how to walk through a forest..im kind of like Lao Tzu..but i really cant wait till im 90 years old to really get wise..lol..at least i know miracles are real..
