I think those could very well be libs, the gills should be darker though.

Those look like liberty caps to me, look at the bruising of the one cap split open and on the stipes

Spore print could be a good indicator here. They look quite atypical compared to many libs that I've seen, in many respects, but they don't look quite rigid and rubbery enough to be Mycena.

I thought the caps were transparent with light gills, which is why i said Mycena. I guess the lighting makes them look lighter than they are.

Sterile Libs possibly. I am sure I can see bluing on the bottom right, in the middle.

Keep in mind there have been libs found with either Sterility or something wrong in the gill area, where the color is way lighter than normal. I recently browsed a thread here on shroomery where there was a positive ID on liberty caps which looked way off to the others the guy had found, but they were libs. The most common sense conclusion was sterility IMO. It is possible for these lighter gilled species now and then

Thanks guys, you are BIG help. They are just like the other Liberty caps found in the area apart from lighter colour and white gills. Now I know that they are sterile Libs, I won't eat them anyway, cheers

I don't think that it is sterile libs. They should be more yellow than gray. See:

I think yours are Mycena.
