Hi. I found some slimy blue mushrooms and a patch or light brown with white gills. Some I assume to be little brown mushrooms. I am interested in what the blue ones might be. I took pics but the stem is hollow, the gills are sort of brown maybe slightly tallow, but mostly brown. The cluster looks edible but IDK. The Demystified book is being delivered tomorrow.
Pictures and info:

Same as above but unpicked, also the one above looks to have been eaten a bit by something.
Habitat: In the yard, very little sun, algae grows more than grass in this area. It is one the south side between woods and a house.
Gills: The gills looks brown, but not dark brown, I used the flash in the picture. The gills are a salmon color when separated. They are not super dense. They are non decurrent.
Stem: Hollow. White flesh with some blue and salmon coloring. 15cm.
Cap: Slimy and light medium blue.
Spore print color: I have not done a spore print. But will.
Bruising: Maybe a little blue staining but since they are already blue it is hard to tell. No obvious, "YEP", staining or bruising like a cube.
Location: Northwest Georgia. Bartow county... (all)

Habitat: Shady sod, south side of building with close woods. A little morning sun, very little.
Gills: The gills are dark brown and pretty dense. Non decurrent.
Stem: Golden brown and a bit woody. 4 to 5 cm
Cap: Golden brown, a little darker in the center and a dark brown edge around the cap. These are a little past their prime I think, starting to dry.
Spore print color: none yet, will do.
Bruising: None noticed.
Location: Northwest Georgia.

Habitat: Pine straw mulched flower isle in the edge of an area of added potting soil. Miracle grow soil. Some morning sun.
Gills: The gills are cream colored not dense. They are non decurrent.
Stem: The stem is not round but a bit flattened 2x4 cm.
Cap: The caps are flat but curled up from the sides, not a full cup, more like rolled up a bit from two sides. The cap is rather thin.
Spore print color: None yet, will do.
Bruising: No color change was observed.
Location: Northwest Georgia.
Thank you, Ixnax

Lactarius indigo, Lacrymaria lacrymabunda, Gymnopus sp (maybe? not sure on this one, definitely not active if that's what you're after)

Thanks. I am after knowledge on edibles and actives, for sure. Thank you so much for the information. I will look them up. I have set them on paper to get spore prints. I have some others that are too suspect, IMO, that I picked out in the farmland, in a (pullover) on a one lane dirt road. They are cream colored, large and have a brown center bursting through the skin in the middle of the cap. I am not sure what they are but everything I found that looked close made me think it not wise to do anything with them. I am doing a spore print on them too, if they aren't too dry. Raining tonight and tomorrow morning though... there is fungi everywhere right now in NW GA, I'm looking for Weillii, so far with no luck. I used to live about 60 miles north of Tallahassee, FL so it wasn't too hard to find whatever you might look for, within reason. Maybe I'll have more interesting pictures to post soon. I will also become a supporting member, I believe in supporting what I use. Thanks again! J

Thank you, going there now. BTW, and I know this is at least off this particular topic but for NW GA... there was a Fairy Ring about 12 feet across last week right next to hwy 41 at Petit creek, on the right going north, just before the creek and the utility construction work. After the rain, maybe it will be back next week. I went back to get a picture but it was almost gone. When I first saw it, it was awesome. I don't know what they were but they were white/cream about 6 to 7 inches tall with big bell caps maybe 4 inches across, really nice big mushrooms. Probably nothing to eat but beautiful... if you happen to be in that area take a look over there. They were in a lower area just to the right of the driveway by the creek. Sometimes there are camels in the pasture there. Well, I really appreciate it. I'll go read now!
I have to go out to the Stilesboro area on Monday so I'm going to do some driving around. I have access to some of the largest farms and "sod farms" in that area. I haven't done this in years, decades, but headaches and other pains have me looking for relief. OK, I'll stop rambling before I get a warning, lol.
