 Are they compromised ?
What you see there are rye grains: ->rinsed 4-5 times ->soaked in warm water for 17-18 hours ->simmered for 15 minuted ->sterilized in PC for 90 minutes ->oyster tissue added(it seems to be going well)
This is not the first time that this happens and after reading a bit about how to prevent it I am lost.... If someone can point out the fault in my methodology please do so.
It will be highly appreciated!

I've never grown oysters so I can't comment on how the myc looks as it grows. All I know is from what I've read, and that is that it is very aggressive and can out run contams if they are present.
With that being said, that single wet kernel against the glass does not necessarily mean it is compromised, but it does create a more ideal place for contams to grow. I've had these spots before in jars and they never caused a problem.
In order to cut down on these wet grains, I have been experimenting with longer drain/dry times after simmering (for me around 40 to 45 min does the trick). I have found that it cuts down on the instances of wet grains sticking to the glass. A good shake before innoculating also helps distribute moisture better.
Assuming that is what healthy oyster myc looks like, I don't think you have a contam. Best of luck and keep up posted.

That wet grain could certainly be bacterial. You'll see how the jar does after the shake. Either it'll recover and continue to colonize, or it won't.
Generally a jar that recovers well and colonizes after a shake is good to go. Jars with bacteria will often stall out after shaking, and the bacteria can bloom big time after a shake.

The sample used comes from some store bought mushrooms that the producer did not label by specific type, upon visiting the website my money is on Pleurotus Ostreatus since it's the first one they list as growing
But I couldn't really tell you mate.
